Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee position located in Doha, Qatar. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, spotting fresh business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth through clear communication and practical sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales prospects to expand the customer base.
- Use effective communication, persuasive presentation, and negotiation skills to support sales conversions.
- Carry out market research to understand demand, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Work toward sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
- Present products to clients in a clear and convincing manner.
- Coordinate with internal team members to align on sales objectives and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Strong ability to communicate, negotiate, and present ideas confidently.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Knowledge of market research methods, opportunity identification, and customer preference analysis.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools for managing leads and tracking progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Prior exposure to sales or a similar function will be an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team while also working independently with self-drive.
- Must hold a driver's license.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience is required.
