DocHipo is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to enhance customer acquisition and drive revenue growth by targeting medium to large enterprises. This role encompasses managing the whole sales lifecycle — from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure — while also fostering sustainable relationships with key clients. Responsibilities
- Identify and research mid-sized to large organizations that can benefit from DocHipo's document and graphic design platform.
- Create lead generation strategies across multiple channels including cold outreach, networking, and referrals; maintain an organized pipeline of prospects.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations to enterprise clients, positioning DocHipo as a strategic tool for branding and documentation.
- Oversee the complete sales process including initial contact, negotiation, and closing deals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main liaison and providing ongoing support to encourage further opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience and relay feedback to improve features.
- Keep detailed records of sales activity, pipeline status, and client communications; regularly report on progress and forecasts.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years' proven success in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or software services, focusing on mid to large scale businesses.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with expertise in navigating complex sales cycles within large organizations.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, adept at building trust and rapport with senior decision-makers.
- Consultative sales approach with a strong ability to understand client needs and align DocHipo’s offerings accordingly.
- Knowledge of SaaS products, digital design, or document creation tools is advantageous; quick learner with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
