Role Overview
As Cisco expands, we invite driven individuals to join our Digital Sales team. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in nurturing strategic, enterprise, and mid-market accounts by collaborating closely with sales teams to generate sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients focused on the Taiwan region.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and tailor prospecting approaches customized for specific accounts or territories, aligning with Cisco's strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for the Taiwan market.
- Create personalized campaign initiatives by utilizing Cisco's campaign resources in conjunction with sales and marketing efforts.
- Identify key projects or initiatives within assigned accounts, articulate their significance, and present how Cisco’s solutions align effectively.
Skills and Learning Opportunities
- Develop expertise in Account Based Strategy to unlock untapped potential by managing account plans and pipelines.
- Acquire territory planning skills through research and segmentation of accounts into strategic clusters to build meaningful connections.
- Enhance understanding of ecosystem navigation by engaging with customer buying processes, demonstrating strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in sales or pipeline generation within SaaS or related software solutions.
- Familiarity with Account Based Marketing (ABM) is advantageous.
- Proven track record applying tailored solutions to solve customer challenges and achieve targeted outcomes.
- Experienced in managing sales pipelines, coordinating sales activities and customer interactions efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute account plans by targeting decision-makers and customizing sales tactics.
- Strong skills in prospect evaluation, lead qualification, and securing initial customer meetings.
- Resilience and adaptability in dynamic sales environments, managing rejection, and maintaining positive momentum.
- Collaborative mindset working effectively with prospects, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and independent problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, projecting confidence and professionalism.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required; knowledge of Cantonese is highly valued.
