Role Overview
We have a permanent full-time position available for a Sales Development Representative within our Transformation & Growth team based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. Reporting to the Relationship Development Team Leader, you will play a critical role in our transformative journey by driving new business and generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through high-volume outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Evaluate potential clients' needs and effectively communicate Fujifilm’s value proposition.
- Schedule quality meetings and product demonstrations to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage your sales pipeline comprehensively, including follow-ups and cultivating future opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information using CRM and related sales tools.
- Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly goals for meetings arranged and attended.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly express the benefits of Fujifilm’s offerings.
- A coachable, resilient, motivated, and competitive approach to overcoming challenges and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in roles involving customer interaction, such as sales, hospitality, retail, or call centers.
