Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our business presence and revenue across the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. This role focuses on generating qualified leads to fuel our sales pipeline and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop targeted outbound prospecting campaigns using researched insights and strategic messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Solution Engineering teams to refine value propositions, gather market feedback, and optimize campaigns.
- Qualify and manage both inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Pre-qualify opportunities in partnership with Account Executives, ensuring accurate capture of discovery notes and lead/contact details.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs related to pipeline generation and conversion.
- Coordinate closely with Account Executives managing multiple accounts concurrently.
- Develop deep knowledge of Egnyte’s product portfolio to clearly communicate its value and capabilities to potential customers.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong for opportunity creation and management.
- Attend customer and partner meetings, internal events, and relevant trade shows or conferences.
- Work remotely with a minimum of three days per week in office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Business or Sales Development, particularly within IT or Cybersecurity sectors.
- Experience in telephone-based selling and working in a sales environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages such as French, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, or Tagalog are advantageous.
