Role Summary

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to develop a robust sales pipeline for the APAC region (excluding Greater China and Japan/South Korea) through proactive outbound outreach. Based in our Singapore office and reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients to generate business meetings for Account Executives to nurture and close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute best practices in sales development via cold calls, emails, voicemails, and social media using sales enablement tools to connect with new prospects.
  • Leverage research and prospecting tools to assess accounts and arrange meetings with target decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine and innovate sales development strategies.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and industry dynamics to maintain expertise in supported sectors.
  • Engage in weekly training sessions aimed at continuous professional development and skill enhancement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This opportunity suits candidates with fluent English skills; proficiency in additional Asian languages is an advantageous asset. Prior experience or exposure to business development, either inbound or outbound, is preferred. Key traits include:
