Job description

The Sales Coordinator is essential in boosting customer satisfaction and optimizing sales operations to support revenue increases.

Address daily customer inquiries and coordinate virtual meetings with clients.
Manage order reception, verify sales details, and code ordered items in SAP while updating the CMD system.
Track invoices, deliveries, and customer accounts ensuring compliance with Incoterms and manage logistics including deadlines and communications.
Follow up on collections through reminders and reporting and handle customer documentation and after-sales concerns such as complaints and delivery issues by liaising with customers and transporters.
Process and archive commercial paperwork such as Invoices, Proforma Invoices, Bills of Lading, and Certificates.
Collaborate closely with the production department regarding order status, coordinate stock and warehouse activities, oversee design approvals, and generate reports and summaries via SAP.
Input commercial data and related documents concerning inventory, payments, and customer information into the information system.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum of three years’ experience in a sales-related position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools to effectively assist the sales team.
Strong problem-solving abilities with careful attention to detail.
Highly meticulous and proactive in approach.
