Job description
Role overview
This position supports the Sales & Marketing function at Four Points by Sheraton in Jeddah. It is a non-management, full-time role based in Cornich Road, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and it is not a remote position.
Key duties
The Sales Coordinator will handle a range of office and sales-support tasks, including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying. The role also involves preparing sales documents during the sales cycle, such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
Responsibilities include helping build brand visibility both inside and outside the property, compiling promotional materials and information packs, and using sales methods that drive revenue while protecting guest loyalty. The coordinator will also enter, retrieve, reconcile, and check sales-related data such as commissions, leads, and third-party information in the systems used for the sales process.
In addition, the role serves as a primary contact for clients, answering questions by phone and email and sharing details about facilities, services, operating hours, room types, rates, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, and special events.
Professional standards
The position requires strict adherence to company policies and procedures, a polished personal presentation, and careful protection of confidential information and company property. The coordinator is expected to greet guests and colleagues professionally, communicate clearly, handle written work accurately, and answer phone calls with proper etiquette.
Working well with others is essential, including building positive relationships, supporting shared goals, listening carefully, and responding appropriately to team concerns. The job also calls for meeting quality standards, and being able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place items weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable duties may be assigned by supervisors.
Preferred background
A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred, along with at least 1 year of related work experience. No supervisory experience is required, and no license or certification is needed.
Equal opportunity statement
The employer is committed to equal opportunity and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds. Diversity of culture, talent, and experience is valued, and discrimination on protected grounds such as disability or veteran status is not tolerated.
About the workplace
This role sits within a brand that combines classic hospitality with a modern, local experience for travelers. Team members are encouraged to be part of a supportive global community where each hotel matters and where work is designed to be simple, genuine, and guest-focused. The environment emphasizes belonging, purpose, and the chance to do your best work.
