Role Overview
This full-time accounting clerk position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within the finance and accounting function. The role is non-management and is not remote.
What You’ll Do
- Review figures, postings, and supporting documents to confirm correct entry, accurate math, and proper coding.
- Sort, safeguard, and maintain files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in line with company policies and procedures.
- Enter, store, retrieve, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Keep electronic spreadsheets accurate for accounting and financial records.
- Sort, code, summarize, and classify numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, and computer systems.
- Create, maintain, and share financial, statistical, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and tables.
- Complete period-end close activities and related reports as required.
- Prepare, check, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements following company procedures.
- Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least 1 year of relevant work experience. No supervisory experience is required, and no license or certification is needed.
