This is a full-time, on-site sales coordination role based in Gurgaon for a fresh candidate. The position focuses on connecting families with suitable domestic help profiles and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from the first conversation through final closure.

About the Company

Domestic Pro is a hiring platform that helps families find domestic staff such as nannies, maids, cooks, and elderly caregivers. The platform offers verified and trained profiles, trial support, and a clear, dependable hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls with clients as well as candidates.
• Interpret client needs and recommend the most suitable domestic staff options, including maids, cooks, nannies, and caregivers.
• Coordinate with available domestic workers to match profiles quickly and accurately to client requirements.
• Keep in regular touch with clients, nurture leads, and support conversion of enquiries into successful placements.
• Send candidate profiles, organize trials and interviews, and handle end-to-end coordination between both sides.
• Maintain consistent communication with both clients and candidates to support a smooth onboarding experience.
• Develop strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Update call logs, follow-up records, and the working database on a daily basis.
• Meet daily targets for calls and closures.

Eligibility

No prior experience is needed. Female candidates are preferred, and women who are resuming their careers are encouraged to apply. Candidates who have completed 12th standard may also be considered.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary of INR 2,04,000.
