Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of our sales activities. You will collaborate closely with the sales department, clients, and other internal teams to manage orders, generate commercial paperwork, update customer relationship management (CRM) records, address client needs, and guarantee a superior customer journey from initial contact through to sale completion. Acting as a key liaison between sales, logistics, finance, and customer service, you will play a vital part in maintaining operational flow and contributing to the attainment of sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in their day-to-day commercial endeavors.
  • Generate and meticulously follow up on quotations, proposals, and various sales-related documentation.
  • Orchestrate the order process and facilitate effective communication with internal departments.
  • Ensure customer data and sales information are consistently accurate and up-to-date within the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and maintain seamless communication channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales reports, presentations, and performance analyses.

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or similar coordination functions is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities are required.
  • A keen eye for detail and a self-starting, proactive approach are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.
  • A strong command of Microsoft Office suite is necessary; experience with CRM software is beneficial.
