Glisten Laser Service is seeking a diligent and proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as a vital link connecting the sales team, clients, and internal departments. This position is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of the sales pipeline by managing schedules, overseeing essential documentation, and delivering prompt and precise customer assistance.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by coordinating calendars, organizing client meetings, and assisting with the development of sales presentations and pitches.
- Manage the sales pipeline by processing incoming orders, monitoring sales metrics, and updating CRM and customer account information to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as a dependable customer contact point by addressing inquiries, providing quotations, and resolving issues when sales representatives are unavailable.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to guarantee smooth execution of orders and clear interdepartmental communication.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 12000 and 15000 INR.
