Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance connections with current corporate, government, and industry clients.
- Discover and cultivate new accommodation business prospects.
- Assist in growing residential conference and group bookings.
- Develop and execute sales plans while actively managing a sales pipeline.
- Conduct meetings with clients, facilitate site visits, and engage in industry networking.
- Collaborate closely with Reservations & Revenue as well as Meetings & Events management to optimize commercial outcomes.
- Offer market analysis to support sales and revenue initiatives.
- Act as the hotel's representative within local and regional tourism sectors.
Candidate Profile
- Hospitality professional experienced in hotels, tourism, events, reservations, sales, or comparable customer service environments.
- Solid knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with confidence to develop new business streams.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Desire for personal growth and development in commercial acumen.
