Role Description
- Make outbound calls to potential clients with the aim of introducing and promoting Blue Ocean’s range of products and services.
- Follow up on leads acquired from various marketing initiatives, converting interested prospects into enrolled students.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales objectives and key performance indicators by effectively recommending suitable courses.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships by responding attentively to inquiries about training programs.
- Provide precise and comprehensive information regarding course details, schedules, and benefits, customizing communication to the client’s needs.
- Serve as the main liaison for clients during the entire sales cycle, ensuring a satisfactory customer experience.
- Conduct research to understand the training requirements of potential clients and adapt sales techniques accordingly.
- Identify and propose enhancements to course offerings based on client feedback and evolving market trends.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client communications within the CRM system.
- Engage with the target demographic based in India while working from Dubai.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of experience in telesales or inside sales roles.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Fluent and effective communicator in English.
- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Competency in MS Office software applications.
