About the role
Join Dior’s luxury retail environment as a Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate and help create refined, memorable experiences for clients. This position focuses on premium client service, strong relationship building, and representing the brand’s heritage of elegance, craftsmanship, and style.
What you will do
You will support the boutique’s commercial goals by delivering excellent service, guiding clients through product selections, and helping drive sales performance. The role requires strong product understanding, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the prestige of the brand.
- Work toward monthly personal sales goals and support the boutique in meeting its overall target.
- Provide a consistently high-end client experience that encourages both first-time and repeat purchases.
- Maintain solid knowledge of the product assortment so you can offer relevant and informed recommendations.
- Build loyalty by nurturing long-term client relationships, following up on leads, and encouraging repeat visits.
- Help clients choose items that suit their preferences, needs, and lifestyle.
- Offer personalised, attentive service that reflects the standards of a luxury shopping experience.
- Keep detailed records of client preferences and purchase history to enable customised follow-ups and service.
- Support store events, promotions, and VIP outreach initiatives to strengthen client engagement and sales.
- Manage a client book and actively maintain outreach, engagement, and loyalty.
- Identify prospects and new client opportunities.
- Support after-sales needs such as exchanges, repairs, and alterations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle merchandise carefully, contribute to inventory accuracy, and take part in stock counts.
- Follow compliance requirements and complete cashiering duties accurately.
- Join training on new collections, brand history, and the selling process.
- Continue developing professionally across areas such as management, operations, fashion styling, and high-end client relations.
Profile
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or higher and brings at least 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client relations, preferably in luxury retail.

- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with affluent clients.
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury products, and current trends.
- Presentable and professional appearance and behaviour.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays.

- Highly self-driven, proactive, and genuinely interested in the luxury fashion industry.
- Comfortable performing effectively under pressure.
