Sales Associate - Print and Services

Job Overview

As a Sales Associate focusing on Print and Services, you will play a significant role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales in our store's print and service departments. Your duties include providing excellent customer service, supporting in-store print production, and contributing to achieving sales targets, all while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by proactively identifying opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Apply the store's selling model to promote print and service products, offering knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
• Work closely with store leadership to meet and exceed sales and margin objectives.
• Manage in-store print production tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies.
• Engage customers with personalized product and service suggestions using available sales tools to anticipate their needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for handling all transactions, including shipping and marketing conversions.
• Process customer orders by filtering print requests, managing phone and counter pickups in a timely manner.
• Maintain machines stocked with supplies such as paper and toner; organize and catalog print orders per company standards, prioritizing service paths accordingly.
• Uphold merchandising and signage standards in print and cash areas, including organizing nesting tables, cash queues, and display counters; ensure accurate inventory management through adherence to protocols.
• Learn and comply with all print and service area standards, completing necessary checklists, audits, and brand standardization activities.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience ranges from 3 months to 1 year in retail environments.
• Strong communication abilities and proficiency in delivering excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
