Role Overview
The Sales Associate for the Flagship Womens location will be responsible for driving store performance, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a polished luxury retail environment. This position requires strong client engagement, deep product understanding, and consistent attention to store standards, stock, and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work toward and surpass monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and yearly sales targets.
- Deliver premium customer service and build lasting client relationships through regular communication and thoughtful follow-up.
- Strengthen and maintain a well-structured client base.
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products, the brand, and its image.
- Support the daily look and feel of the shop floor while ensuring merchandise is displayed and replenished in line with brand presentation standards.
- Stay informed about product ranges, seasonal and core styles, ecommerce assortment, full-price items, markdowns, best sellers, and available stock.
- Keep up to date on brand heritage, events, projects, selling points, trends, and featured seasonal collections.
- Spot opportunities to sell, relay customer feedback, and handle shipments and transfers promptly.
- Organize back stock, keep the stockroom orderly, and communicate regularly about inventory levels and call-outs.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will bring at least 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a luxury customer service setting. The role also suits someone who can attract new clients through their existing network, communicates confidently, and works independently with a professional and entrepreneurial mindset. Strong organization, self-motivation, and interpersonal ability are essential. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
