About the Role
We are offering a full-time, permanent position as an Associate for outbound voice operations involving cross-selling, lead generation, customer activation, and retention within the banking sector. This role is an on-roll position with Hinduja Global Solutions Limited for a tenure of one year, not a contractual engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information about banking services.
- Promote and sell bank products, focusing mainly on credit cards and insurance offerings.
- Adopt a customer-centric, consultative approach to sales transactions.
- Work alongside internal departments to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
- Maintain and update customer databases and compile regular sales performance reports.
- Communicate valuable market insights and feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must have completed at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Age should be between 18 and 33 years.
- Proficient communication skills, particularly in English.
- Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with a minimum six months experience in BPO, tele-sales, or customer support roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for sales are highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 18,000 INR fixed for freshers.
- Experienced candidates offered 26,000 INR monthly.
- For insurance experienced candidates located at Thane branch, salary budget is 35,000 INR per month.

Working Schedule and Locations
- Workdays: Monday through Saturday.
- Shift Options: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Weekly Off: Alternate Saturdays plus Sundays.
- Locations: Thane West and Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.
