Role Overview

The main objective of this position is to boost sales by delivering excellent customer service, aiming to achieve both individual and store-wide targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet personal, store, and key performance indicators (KPI) targets aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Consistently provide outstanding customer service by adhering to company policies, offering detailed product knowledge, and maintaining a polite and approachable demeanor to foster long-term customer relationships.
• Stay informed about product designs, current trends, quality considerations, and availability to enhance the service experience.
• Manage shipment processes including sending and receiving goods, organizing merchandise, and replenishing shelves, counters, racks, and display tables.
• Perform operational administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this position.
• At least one year of experience in a comparable role, preferably within a similar branded retail environment.
• Experience in local retail settings is favored.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of local cultural nuances and sensitivities.
• Knowledge of fashion industry trends and standards.
