We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant for our Love Fresh Bective St Kells location, committed to delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. The role involves engaging with customers warmly and knowledgeably, inspiring confidence and enthusiasm through expertise and passion for quality food.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to ensure customers enjoy an excellent shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently, professionally, and in line with store policies.
• Maintain merchandise shelves and ensure the store appearance is clean and well-presented at all times.
• Adopt and support new initiatives and evolving ways of working.
• Provide friendly and effective customer service at all times.
• Share your enthusiasm for quality food by providing customers with knowledge, recipes, and personal recommendations.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and prioritize customers’ needs effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Proactive individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for food and retail.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
