Sales Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for maintaining store presentation, supporting sales operations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will be involved in various aspects of store management, from stock handling to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that merchandise is consistently available on the sales floor through timely replenishment.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the store team to address replenishment needs.
• Organize and display products in accordance with established merchandising and visual display guidelines.
• Assist with the receiving, unloading, labeling, and internal movement of stock.
• Perform regular checks of shelves to confirm product availability and correct placement.
• Contribute to inventory counts, stock audits, and the organization of back-store areas.
• Maintain a clean and orderly stockroom and sales floor environment.
• Process customer transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges, using the POS system.
• Manage various payment methods such as cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
• Adhere to strict cash handling protocols and assist with end-of-day closing procedures for cashiers.
• Provide support at checkout counters during busy periods.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations and workflow.
• Comply with all company standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Support the store team during promotional events, seasonal transitions, and significant stock movements.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
