Role overview

Sujata Computers Pvt Ltd is hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative to help expand business by creating leads, presenting products, and closing sales. The role calls for someone who understands the sales cycle well, communicates confidently, and can build strong client relationships. Prior experience in sales is helpful, though freshers may also be considered.

Work locations

This opening is available in Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new leads.
  • Consistently work toward meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Handle negotiations with prospective clients and finalize contract terms.
  • Assist in setting quote prices, promotional offers, and negotiation structures.
  • Prepare regular weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Deliver sales presentations to different types of prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales activities with the marketing team and related campaigns.
  • Promote company initiatives, products, and service offerings.
  • Support CRM follow-ups to secure deposits and remaining payments from clients.
  • Draft and submit sales contracts for confirmed orders.
  • Visit existing and potential clients to assess needs or promote offerings.
  • Maintain accurate client records and customer details.
  • Respond to questions related to credit terms, product details, pricing, and stock availability.

Requirements

  • A formal degree is not mandatory; applicants may be graduates or self-taught.
  • Strong written, verbal, and reading communication skills are needed.
  • Good understanding of how sales processes and customer engagement work.
  • Strong focus on customer service quality.
  • Comfortable using computers for routine work.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-moving environment.
  • Sales experience is an added advantage.

Compensation and incentives

The pay is aligned with industry standards. In addition, the role offers an uncapped incentive of up to 30% on gross profit.
