Job description
Role Overview
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and leading a team of sales advisers, driving business growth through their efforts, and providing necessary training and motivation to meet sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new advisers to expand the sales force.
- Drive business generation by leveraging the adviser network.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of advisers to consistently achieve targets.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to enhance team performance.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of experience in Field Sales, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Must have completed graduation.
- Possesses solid knowledge of the market environment.
Compensation and Benefits
