Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Intern will primarily focus on expanding Rally's network by bringing new sports communities and sponsors onto the platform. This position involves leading outreach efforts, effectively communicating Rally's value, and successfully converting these interactions into formal partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact sports clubs, coaches, and communities to integrate them into Rally's platform.
• Scout and engage potential sponsors, fostering partnerships indispensably supporting Rally’s expansion.
• Conduct presentations to prospective partners and communities to finalize agreements.
• Maintain accurate tracking of outreach progress and onboarding status relative to set targets.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new communities and sponsors, maintaining responsiveness and support.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
• Comfort and effectiveness in sales outreach and closing deals.
• Confidence in presenting and pitching ideas to audiences.
• A proactive and goals-oriented mindset.
• Passion for sports and recreational activities.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related discipline.

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement based in Dubai with some flexibility for remote work.
