Role overview
We are looking for a Sales and Delivery Supervisor to join the leadership team in Riyadh. In this hands-on role, you will report to the Store Manager in your country and help ensure the location delivers strong results across sales, delivery, customer experience, and team performance.
This position suits someone with a strong drive for execution, a talent for developing people, and the ability to work closely with sales and delivery leaders while also handling day-to-day store operations independently when needed.
Business performance and store execution
- Work with store leadership to communicate and put the location’s goals, strategy, and business priorities into action.
- Take an active coaching and development approach with Advisors on the floor.
- Support and, when needed, lead sales, delivery, and staff-related activities under the guidance of market leadership.
- Review data with store leadership to monitor performance and progress.
- Keep a strong view of daily operations and turn business needs into practical actions on the floor.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Step in smoothly to cover routine store management responsibilities when required.
Customer experience and brand standards
- Ensure every employee contributes to a premium customer experience for each visitor.
- Make sure the team follows the required dress code and grooming expectations.
- Partner with store leadership and operations on events and demand-generation initiatives when needed.
- Handle customer escalations promptly and effectively.
- Support employees in resolving difficult customer situations in a way that balances customer needs with the company mission.
- Show strong knowledge of presenting, selling, and delivering the full Tesla ecosystem.
- Maintain showroom presentation and facility standards in line with brand requirements.
- Manage store expenses and work to reduce costs wherever possible.
People leadership and development
- Monitor performance regularly and provide clear, ongoing feedback to team members.
- Coach and mentor staff while promoting best practices, inclusion, and a positive team culture.
- Share detailed feedback on Advisor performance with the Store/Area Manager to support team growth.
- Support training rollouts, ensure implementation, and follow up on completion and effectiveness.
- Assist with hiring activities when needed.
- Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Escalate people-related concerns to store leadership quickly and appropriately.
What you should bring
- Proven sales results and a solid understanding of business and products.
- Experience coaching or mentoring in sales or operational roles.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and the ability to push teams beyond targets.
- Excellent planning and organizational ability.
- Confidence influencing colleagues, peers, and stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Strong interest in the company’s mission.
- A valid GCC driving license.
