Role Overview
This full-time hybrid position is based in Dubai, allowing for partial remote work. The role involves identifying new business prospects, developing and sustaining relationships with government and institutional clients, and marketing Bridgestone Advisory’s strategic services in target regions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, crafting proposals and presentation materials, organizing client meetings, and collaborating with advisory teams to tailor offerings to client demands. The executive will also monitor market developments, keep precise sales documentation, and help drive revenue growth by enhancing the firm's footprint in important markets.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Proven expertise in acquiring new business and lead generation, demonstrating growth in client portfolios.
- Strong skills in business and account management, with experience handling sales pipelines, negotiating agreements, and maintaining enduring client relations.
- Exceptional communication aptitude, encompassing clear written and spoken skills and confidence in client presentations.
- Experience with government, public sector, or institutional clients in advisory, consulting, or professional services is advantageous.
- Robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex policy and investment frameworks.
- Self-motivated, capable of thriving in a hybrid work environment, and comfortable working within multicultural, cross-functional teams.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or related disciplines; higher qualifications or certifications are a plus.
