Sales Advisor

Role overview

As a Sales Advisor, you will help create an excellent in-store experience by greeting customers, guiding them around the store, and assisting them in finding the right products. You will work in line with the company’s values and help contribute to both individual and business success.

What you will do

• Use your knowledge of fashion and products to support customers in making confident purchase decisions.
• Work closely with teammates to deliver strong service throughout the customer journey.
• Keep the sales floor and stock areas tidy, replenished, and welcoming.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties.
• Represent the brand professionally in every customer interaction.

Who you will work with

You will be part of the store team, which may include Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible in larger stores. You may also collaborate with the wider area team across nearby stores. Together, the team helps customers feel confident, express their style, and access fashion that is both current and sustainable.

Who you are

The ideal candidate has customer service experience in fashion, retail, or a similar setting. You should enjoy working in a fast-moving, team-based environment and be enthusiastic about fashion and in-store selling. A good fit for this role will also be communicative, creative, curious about store technology, eager to learn, flexible, and action oriented.

Additional information

This is a full-time, onsite role based at the Hyderabad store location in Inorbit / Sarath City Mall. The position reports to the Department Manager.
