Role Overview
NourNet is hiring a driven Sales Account Manager in Jeddah to help win new business and grow the customer base. The role is centered on prospecting, engaging, and converting organizations that have not previously generated revenue with NourNet.
You will be responsible for representing the company’s range of ICT, cloud, connectivity, and managed services offerings, with a focus on expanding business in the Riyadh Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new accounts that have not worked with NourNet before.
- Source opportunities through cold outreach, visits to client sites, networking, lead generation, and meetings with customers.
- Handle incoming sales requests together with the Customer Contact Center.
- Develop strong relationships with qualified leads and potential customers.
- Understand client needs and build customized proposals that solve their business challenges.
- Plan and execute sales activities with clear timelines and strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Present solutions, demonstrate offerings, and deliver value-focused pitches to close deals.
- Prepare quotations and manage responses to RFPs, RFQs, and similar documents.
- Support a smooth onboarding experience for customers during the first year of engagement.
- Follow up after activation to address issues and escalate them internally when necessary.
- Coordinate with Billing on invoicing and collections.
- Keep daily task updates, track open work orders, and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Continuously build knowledge of NourNet’s products, solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Performance Measures
- Number of new customers acquired.
- Average sales value per new customer.
- Conversion rate from prospects to sales.
- Revenue generated from new customers.
- Customer satisfaction levels.
- Number of non-technical customer complaints.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
- Professional certifications related to telecommunications are considered an advantage.
- At least 2 years of account management experience in the ICT sector.
- Applicants must be Saudi citizens.
