As a Sales Account Manager, you will act as the key link between customers, production teams, and successful project delivery. Your work will span the full account lifecycle, from initial concept and estimating through coordination, execution, and completion. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage projects from quotation through delivery.
- Build quotes and suggest products or services that match client needs.
- Enter, monitor, and coordinate orders while keeping logistics on track for timely completion.
- Manage billing, payment follow-up, and related client communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to protect accuracy and keep schedules aligned.
- Track outstanding estimates and confirm that all required details are documented and resolved.
- Assist with sample requests and shipment coordination when needed.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships effectively.
- Well-developed organization, time management, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Comfort handling several accounts or projects at once in a deadline-focused setting.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Outlook; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
- A professional attitude, dependability, and motivation to grow in a collaborative workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in account management, client services, or project coordination is preferred.
