Role overview
The selected candidate will own account growth and customer expansion efforts for the assigned territory or client base. This position calls for someone who can nurture long-term client partnerships while consistently delivering responsive, high-quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a defined set of customer accounts and ensure they are actively managed.
- Build and sustain strong, constructive relationships with clients.
- Address client issues quickly and work toward practical resolutions.
- Drive account development and penetration strategies for assigned customers or regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- Prior experience in a sales role.
- Working knowledge of sales performance indicators and how to measure them.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
