About the role
This is a Sales 3IC / Sales Consultant position based in Wanaka. The role combines customer-facing sales, product guidance, and support for store leadership. You will help drive sales outcomes while also stepping into supervision duties when required, including when the Store Manager is absent.
Hours of work
- Sunday to Thursday, 9 hours per day
What you will do
- Offer product recommendations, practical education, and live demonstrations to customers.
- Support the store management team with day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to achieving both individual and team sales targets.
- Help guide and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Take on supervisory responsibilities as directed and when the Store Manager is unavailable.
