Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic Foreman to join our team focused on rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute jobs based on instructions, drawings, and specifications provided by supervisors.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment, including handling specialized heavy-duty tools from the central tool room.
• Operate machine tools like grinders, power saws, drill presses, and threading machines for maintenance tasks.
• Perform installations and maintenance strictly following SATORP's procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct necessary testing such as hydrostatic and pneumatic tests before and after work completion.
• Obtain all required work permits prior to commencing tasks.
• Adhere rigorously to SATORP safety regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout and following job execution.
• Complete tasks meeting quality standards and scheduled timelines as per company requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 12 years of oil & gas maintenance experience if holding a diploma, or a minimum of 10 years with a degree.
• Specialized expertise in rotating equipment.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, proactivity, and excellent communication capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large teams.
• Strategic mindset open to innovation and new ideas.
• Capability to deliver business objectives in a diverse, multicultural work environment.
