Role Purpose

The Room Attendant is an essential member of the Housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining the pristine condition of guest rooms. This role requires meticulous cleaning, attention to every detail, and a commitment to team collaboration and guest assistance to ensure all guests enjoy memorable stays highlighted by exceptional hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms including linen changes, bathroom sanitation, and surface wiping to create a spotless first impression.
• Adhere strictly to established cleaning guidelines to meet the resort’s high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain orderly and stocked housekeeping trolleys for efficient daily operations.
• Handle cleaning agents responsibly while following safety protocols to secure the work environment.
• Honor guest privacy and security, ensuring a comfortable and trustworthy atmosphere.
• Promptly report any maintenance concerns to support seamless guest experiences.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or room attendant roles is advantageous.
• Possess warm and friendly communication skills that foster a welcoming environment for guests and coworkers.
• Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and pride in delivering quality work.
• Physical stamina to manage tasks involving movement between rooms, including navigating stairs and open walkways.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a diverse team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
