About the Hotel
Novotel Brisbane South Bank is located in Brisbane’s lively Cultural Precinct, close to South Bank Parklands and major landmarks such as the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, and the Queensland Art Gallery. The property features 238 premium rooms, meeting and conference facilities, and in-house dining, and it has been recognised for award-winning service since 2018.
Role Summary
As a Room Attendant, you will contribute to a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for every guest. Your work will help maintain the presentation and hygiene standards expected in a high-quality hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common corridors to a consistently high standard.
- Restock room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other essential amenities.
- Escalate any lost property or damaged items to the supervisor promptly.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe, correct, and responsible manner.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively, while maintaining a strong eye for detail and taking pride in your tasks.
Working Conditions
- Must be available to work across different shifts as needed, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
