Room Attendant

Overview

This onsite position is located in Muncho Lake, British Columbia, Canada, specifically at Northern Rockies Lodge. The role requires working directly at the physical location with no remote work allowed. Room and board accommodations are provided as part of the employment package in this remote hotel and resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors ensuring cleanliness and safety
• Dust and clean furniture thoroughly
• Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Make beds and replace linens appropriately
• Distribute fresh towels and essential toiletries to guest rooms
• Maintain and stock the linen closet for easy access
• Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Manage lost and found items by reporting and handling them properly
• Respond to guest requests for additional supplies and other amenities
• Provide guests with basic information regarding lodge facilities
• Pick up debris and empty trash bins regularly
• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain hygiene and appearance
• Clean changing rooms and shower areas to high standards
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns courteously and efficiently
