Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Roofer to join their team in Hastings. This permanent role involves performing a diverse range of roofing repairs and maintenance tasks within social housing properties, both occupied and vacant.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing various roofing repairs and maintenance assignments.
• Working within occupied and void social housing properties.
• Handling minor complementary tasks such as guttering, fascia and soffit repairs, and basic carpentry.
• Ensuring all tasks meet high quality standards while adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Updating job records and completing reports accurately using a PDA device.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a roofer in social housing or property maintenance.
• Familiarity with working in both occupied and void housing environments.
• Proficiency in various roofing repair techniques.
• Experience operating PDA or handheld devices for workload management.
• A valid full UK driving licence.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary of 38000
• Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
• Permanent full-time role with a 40-hour workweek.
