Overview
AGS Prime Arabia is urgently seeking skilled Rigger Level 1 and Level 3 professionals to join ongoing projects based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The roles involve handling lifting operations with safety and precision, inspecting rigging gear, directing crane movement, and ensuring compliance with all site safety protocols.
Primary Duties
- Conduct safe rigging and lifting procedures consistently.
- Thoroughly inspect slings, shackles, hooks, and other lifting apparatus before each use.
- Choose appropriate rigging tools based on the load requirements.
- Communicate with crane operators via clear hand signals.
- Secure, guide, and manage loads to prevent accidents.
- Adhere strictly to lifting plans and on-site safety guidelines.
- Immediately report any defective equipment or unsafe site conditions.
- Collaborate efficiently with supervisors and team members during lifting tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Rigger Level 1 or Level 3.
- Possession of a valid Iqama is mandatory.
- Must be currently located and available in Jeddah.
- Good understanding of rigging gear and associated hand signaling methods.
- Strong awareness of occupational safety practices.
- Physically fit to operate in industrial or construction work environments.
- Certification in rigging preferred but not compulsory.
- Ready for immediate employment.
