Return Officer

Job Overview

We seek a meticulous and well-organized Return Officer to join our operations team in Riyadh. This role focuses on managing returned products by conducting detailed inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, updating return records in the system, and collaborating effectively with warehouse and inventory departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive returned goods, verify the quantities and accompanying documentation.
• Conduct thorough inspection and categorize returns based on their condition.
• Accurately log return transactions into the company system.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Inventory, Quality Assurance, and Returns departments to resolve inconsistencies.
• Keep detailed records and documentation of all return processes.
• Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during the return handling process.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations or returns management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to operate efficiently under pressure and complete operational duties effectively.
