Retail Technology Sales Representative – GCC Countries Based (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Sales Development Representative to support growth across GCC markets. In this role, you will drive business development and help move projects forward in the region while representing multiple retail technology products.

Job Objectives

• Drive business development activity and support project progression across GCC countries.
• Market Barcode Scanners, LCD Digital Signage, and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture working relationships with local system integrators, channel partners, and industry clients.
• Identify client segments and manage projects in line with company processes and expectations.
• Encourage sample evaluations, project validation, and movement toward confirmed orders.
• Work closely with the headquarters team to finalize solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate deliveries.
• Represent the company at local industry events and exhibitions.
• Gather market intelligence and share relevant updates with the team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience; experience in retail technology or IT equipment is preferred.
• Prior exposure to the GCC market, with familiarity with other regional markets as an advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel for work.
• Strong command of Arabic and English.
• Basic understanding of IT and software, including the ability to assist with ESL product demonstrations.
• Good communication skills and a strong ability to develop new market opportunities.
