Role Summary

As a Retail Team Member, you will help build a strong in-store culture while contributing to an excellent customer experience across the store.

Key Duties

• Work across different areas of the store, including both customer-facing and back-of-house functions.
• Deliver consistently high customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Support product presentation and the overall JB Hi-Fi store experience through merchandising across the sales floor.
• Assist with receiving stock, processing deliveries, and keeping inventory flowing efficiently into the store by following standard receiving procedures.
