About the Role
This position supports the store leadership team by taking on assigned operational and functional tasks. The supervisor serves as a role model for selling behaviors, helps execute work in key areas, and keeps productivity on track so team goals are achieved. By working closely with leadership, the role focuses on coaching the team, reinforcing strong behaviors, and helping create an excellent in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Model respectful, positive interactions with customers and coworkers, and help maintain a constructive workplace culture.
- Encourage customer loyalty by explaining the brand’s loyalty programs to shoppers.
- Lead by example in selling behaviors so every customer receives a strong and memorable service experience.
- Provide support to the sales leader during slower periods, always keeping customer needs at the center.
- Work closely with the store leadership team to make sure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Develop working knowledge of the product lifecycle and share that knowledge with others.
- Help complete pre-opening and post-closing tasks, including opening and closing checklists.
- Use omnichannel tools and processes to support a smooth customer journey across channels.
- Ensure all required compliance standards are followed.
