Overview
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Lucknow. The role focuses on driving sales, managing a team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Lead, inspire, and coordinate the store team effectively.
- Create and maintain excellent customer relationships by providing superior service.
- Supervise inventory control and stock replenishment activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising and uphold brand presentation standards.
- Manage billing processes, cash handling, and prepare daily reports.
- Address and resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Have 3 to 6 years of experience in retail environments, including 1 to 2 years in a Store Manager position.
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities alongside effective sales and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in fashion, apparel, luxury, or ethnic wear retail is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent communication and personnel management abilities.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges between 25000 and 40000 INR.
