Role overview
A stockroom management opportunity is available at the Carindale store in Queensland for an experienced retail professional. The position is focused on keeping stock reserves organised, supporting store execution, and helping the team deliver strong sales results and key performance targets.
Core accountabilities
- Keep the stockroom orderly, efficiently arranged, and easy for store teams to use so replenishment and selling activities run smoothly on the shop floor.
- Put controls in place to reduce stock and revenue losses caused by theft, admin mistakes, waste, or other store-level errors, including refill reserve areas.
- Support the Store Manager with roster planning so staffing aligns with budgeted wage targets and changes in trading activity and workload.
- Help protect company stock and margin through careful stock handling, strong administration, and loss prevention practices.
- Prepare, complete, and process the required documents for goods arriving at and leaving the store.
- Carry out daily replenishment of floor stock, including styling and presentation details, while maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Provide customer assistance and service when required.
