Role Overview

The Retail Sales Specialist will contribute to daily retail functions at the Kilbarrack shop, with potential involvement in wholesale operations after full training. Core duties include engaging customers face-to-face, advising on products within the alcoholic beverage range, completing sales transactions, and ensuring the retail environment is tidy and inviting. The position also entails stock oversight, assisting with product displays and promotions, addressing customer questions, and supporting order processing for online deliveries. Collaboration with team members is essential to uphold excellent customer service and efficient store management.

• Availability to work during evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods.
