About the Role
As a Retail Sales Representative with TCC, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you will do more than complete transactions. What You Will Do
Your day-to-day work will begin with opening the store and engaging customers in person and by phone. You will focus on understanding needs, recommending the right products and services, and providing a customer experience that goes beyond sales. Qualifications
Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and experience in telecommunication or wireless sales is preferred. Prior work in a fast-paced wireless retail sales setting and comfort in a competitive, target-driven environment are important for success.
Applicants must be able to work guaranteed full-time hours, maintain a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and perform work in a retail storefront setting. Reliable transportation is required, and the role may involve working from multiple locations. Physical requirements include frequent standing and the ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for long periods, along with lifting up to 10 pounds when needed. Travel may be required for about 10% of the time depending on business needs. Candidates must also be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
