Role Overview

This role involves contributing to making PUMA the Fastest Sports Brand globally by driving a vibrant sales culture within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and achieve sales, key performance indicators, and profitability objectives within the retail store.
- Deliver excellent customer service experiences, engaging with customers effectively on the sales floor.
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing tasks.
- Prepare merchandise for sale by verifying product details, quantities, pricing, labeling compliance, unpacking, and inspecting item appearance.
- Arrange and present products following international brand standards.
- Monitor product availability, quality, expiration dates, and pricing accuracy in the sales area.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by conducting inventory counts and ensuring product availability on the floor.
- Uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards consistently.
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
- Promote clear and effective communication within the team and across departments.
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and improve profitability.
- In-depth knowledge of product features, quality, care instructions, and pricing, along with the ability to suggest alternatives and related products.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills, enabling excellent floor engagement.
- Capability to manage stock on the sales floor, ensuring the availability of various sizes and styles for customers.
- Competence in retail technologies including POS and inventory management software.
- Awareness and compliance with safety, hygiene, and company guidelines.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, independence, and emotional resilience in the workplace.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills for teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
- Analyzing data and problem-solving to enhance sales performance.
