Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently strong customer experience that aligns with the brand’s values and service expectations.
- Support store performance by helping meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through effective service.
- Handle checkout transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with visual merchandising standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise activities as required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, operational standards, and assigned responsibilities.
- Help maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both customers and coworkers.
- Be available to work non-standard shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be necessary.
Candidate Profile
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail setting, preferably in apparel or footwear.
- Strong ability to work well within a team.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office.
- Physically able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this part-time position is $17.60 to $20.60, plus benefits.
