Role Overview
This internship sits within HR and focuses on recruitment coordination and applicant administration. You will assist the HR Business Partner with hiring activities, help manage interview logistics, and support related HR operations work.
What You Will Do
- Assist the HR Business Partner with applicant handling and recruitment support.
- Organize both online and in-person interviews by coordinating with hiring managers and candidates from different countries.
- Prepare for weekly recruiting catch-up meetings and contribute actively during them.
- Work closely with hiring managers and relevant teams, serving as the point of contact for interview scheduling matters.
- Handle selected recruitment workflows independently in the Workday HR system.
- Support candidates with travel arrangements for on-site interviews, including flights and hotel bookings, and help process related expense reimbursements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team.
