With more than five decades of heritage, the company has built a strong international presence and a portfolio of well-known labels spanning multiple consumer categories.

The company places a strong emphasis on inclusion and belonging, supporting a workplace culture that values talent, education, communication, employee groups, and celebration to ensure fairness and a sense of community.

Role Overview

The Retail Marketing Associate will help shape and execute a marketing plan that fits the brand and the market, with the goal of building customer loyalty in a fast-moving, ambitious environment. The position calls for someone confident, persuasive, and comfortable managing complex projects with multiple internal teams and external partners.

This role also suits someone with a genuine appreciation for the brand, an interest in fashion, and the ability to create memorable customer moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the conception, production, and rollout of new initiatives, including event ideas, hospitality experiences, and gifting programs that increase awareness, engagement, and brand appeal.
  • Work closely with teams across Creative, Hospitality, Operations, Retail, Asset Protection, Legal, and Procurement to ensure smooth execution of all operational details.
  • Coordinate the full logistics for major initiatives and events, from planning through post-event follow-up.
  • Prepare event briefs, handle invitation production and printing, develop branded materials, and make sure all items are delivered on schedule.
  • Source new suppliers, build strong working relationships with vendors, brief AV requirements, and manage model and host casting when needed.
  • Oversee gifting, stock/inventory control, and support pre-event deliveries and related logistics.
  • After events or projects, support logistics wrap-up, collect and organize photography assets, and assist with internal and external debrief discussions.
  • Protect and reinforce brand standards across every touchpoint while supporting the ongoing elevation of the brand experience across teams.
  • Plan seasonal content for the channel in partnership with agencies, European buyers, creative teams, and brand stakeholders.
  • Manage print and digital out-of-home advertising activity, ensuring delivery matches timing plans and responds to trading needs.
  • Contribute to performance and digital marketing efforts so that brand messaging is fully integrated and strategies are well developed and executed.
  • Help prepare monthly communications for the retail organization, including roadmaps and supporting materials, delivered clearly and on time.
  • Support budget tracking and reporting by managing purchase orders, working with finance, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Bring forward fresh ideas that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of the fashion industry, including both online and offline channels and omnichannel activity.
  • Relevant marketing knowledge or experience.
  • Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • A creative, highly organized approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent project management capability.
  • Professional poise, sound judgment, and a consistently positive mindset, including under pressure.
  • Willingness to go beyond the basic remit to deliver strong results.
  • Experience managing projects from concept development through post-campaign review.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven omnichannel environment.
  • Good understanding of fashion market dynamics, brand positioning, and trend analysis.
  • Comfort working with data and interpreting findings.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
