Role Overview
The Retail Marketing Associate will help shape and execute a marketing plan that fits the brand and the market, with the goal of building customer loyalty in a fast-moving, ambitious environment. The position calls for someone confident, persuasive, and comfortable managing complex projects with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the conception, production, and rollout of new initiatives, including event ideas, hospitality experiences, and gifting programs that increase awareness, engagement, and brand appeal.
- Work closely with teams across Creative, Hospitality, Operations, Retail, Asset Protection, Legal, and Procurement to ensure smooth execution of all operational details.
- Coordinate the full logistics for major initiatives and events, from planning through post-event follow-up.
- Prepare event briefs, handle invitation production and printing, develop branded materials, and make sure all items are delivered on schedule.
- Source new suppliers, build strong working relationships with vendors, brief AV requirements, and manage model and host casting when needed.
- Oversee gifting, stock/inventory control, and support pre-event deliveries and related logistics.
- After events or projects, support logistics wrap-up, collect and organize photography assets, and assist with internal and external debrief discussions.
- Protect and reinforce brand standards across every touchpoint while supporting the ongoing elevation of the brand experience across teams.
- Plan seasonal content for the channel in partnership with agencies, European buyers, creative teams, and brand stakeholders.
- Manage print and digital out-of-home advertising activity, ensuring delivery matches timing plans and responds to trading needs.
- Contribute to performance and digital marketing efforts so that brand messaging is fully integrated and strategies are well developed and executed.
- Help prepare monthly communications for the retail organization, including roadmaps and supporting materials, delivered clearly and on time.
- Support budget tracking and reporting by managing purchase orders, working with finance, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Bring forward fresh ideas that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of the fashion industry, including both online and offline channels and omnichannel activity.
- Relevant marketing knowledge or experience.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A creative, highly organized approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent project management capability.
- Professional poise, sound judgment, and a consistently positive mindset, including under pressure.
- Willingness to go beyond the basic remit to deliver strong results.
- Experience managing projects from concept development through post-campaign review.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven omnichannel environment.
- Good understanding of fashion market dynamics, brand positioning, and trend analysis.
- Comfort working with data and interpreting findings.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
