Role overview
Fable and Mane is seeking a Retail Graphic Designer for its London HQ, with an immediate start preferred. This is a permanent, full-time position within a creative team focused on elevating the brand across retail environments worldwide.

Founded by Akash and Nikita Mehta, the brand has grown rapidly and become a strong seller in Sephora. What the role involves
Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will help shape how the brand appears across retail and in-store experiences across international markets. The role centers on creating retail-focused artwork and adapting it for a wide range of formats and environments.
Key responsibilities
- Create premium retail and print assets for point-of-sale materials, signage, window graphics, visual merchandising, posters, brochures, packaging support, and experiential retail pieces.
- Develop eye-catching creative that expresses the brand consistently across global retail spaces and shopper touchpoints.
- Resize and adjust designs for different retailers, regions, and output formats without losing quality or brand consistency.
- Produce accurate, print-ready artwork files to the required technical specifications.
- Maintain a high production standard with careful attention to detail and artwork accuracy.
- Coordinate with printers and production partners when needed to support smooth execution.
- Protect and apply brand guidelines across all retail touchpoints.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the brand’s retail visual identity through modern and thoughtful design work.
- Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams on launches, retailer events, campaigns, and activations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative output supports both brand direction and business goals.
- Handle several projects at once, staying organised and meeting deadlines in a busy environment.
- Set priorities effectively and communicate schedules clearly to stakeholders.
- Keep up with trends in beauty, wellness, retail, and design to bring fresh ideas into the work.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging premium beauty retail experiences for inspiration and context.
What you bring
- Strong hands-on ability with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Figma and Canva is advantageous.
- Experience producing premium, contemporary creative for retail and brand-led touchpoints.
- Solid understanding of print production and preparing artwork across varied formats and specifications.
- Exposure to 3D rendering or spatial visualisation tools such as SketchUp or Blender is beneficial.
- Confident communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort working both collaboratively across teams and independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Previous experience in the beauty, fashion, or wellness sector is essential.
